How It Works (The Heat Bending Process)

Achieving a perfect heat bend without bubbling or warping requires strict temperature control and expert handling.

  2. Localized Heating: Placing the plastic sheet over a specialized strip heater to heat only the specific line/area that needs to be bent.

  4. Cooling & Setting: Holding the part firmly in a cooling jig to prevent spring-back and ensure dimensional stability.
  5. Quality Control & Finishing: Inspecting the bend angles, check for optical clarity (no overheating marks), and performing final edge polishing.
