As our overseas business keeps growing steadily in recent years, we have received more and more orders from customers all over the world. More orders mean higher requirements on production efficiency, processing accuracy and delivery speed. In order to better serve our global clients, shorten production lead time, improve product quality and meet the increasing demand of foreign trade business, our company has carried out a new round of workshop equipment expansion and upgrade in 2026. All newly added machines have been installed, debugged and officially put into full operation now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Today we would like to share the detailed information about our new equipment upgrade with all new and old customers, partners and friends who pay attention to our factory.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1. Details of newly added machines in 2026<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
From the beginning of 2026 up to now, we have added 3 brand-new professional processing machines<\/strong> in total, including cold bending machines and CNC routers. The whole equipment expansion was carried out in two batches, step by step to ensure stable production during the upgrade.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In April 2026<\/strong>, we added one new cold bending machine<\/strong>\u00a0first. At that time, our foreign trade orders were already on a rising trend, especially orders requiring curved PC sheets and bent parts increased obviously. The new cold bending machine effectively relieved the production pressure of bending work and guaranteed the normal delivery of orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Later in June 2026<\/strong>, we continued to expand our production capacity, and added another two machines: one CNC router and one cold bending machine<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
After two rounds of equipment adding, the total number of new machines reaches 3 units in 2026. All these new devices have finished installation, test run and worker training. At present, every new machine is running normally and working at full capacity together with our original equipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2. Current overall equipment scale of our workshop<\/strong><\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
With the continuous investment and upgrade, our production workshop now owns a complete set of mature processing equipment. After this round of expansion, our equipment scale has been further enlarged, covering all core processes of PC sheet deep processing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cold bending machines<\/strong>: We now have a total of 5 cold bending machines<\/strong>\u00a0in the workshop. These machines are specially designed for polycarbonate sheet bending, which is the core equipment to produce curved PC panels, arc-shaped covers and all kinds of bent PC parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
