- Controlled Cooling & Demolding: Employing high-velocity air-cooling systems to safely solidify the structured part before activating pneumatic stripping systems for deformation-free demolding.
- Precision Multi-Axis CNC Trimming: Transferring the raw formed shell to our multi-axis CNC routers to cleanly execute edge trimming, drilling & punching, and custom hardware cutout slotting.
